TERMS AND CONDITIONS  FOR CRAIG NEWMAN TRANSLATIONS INC

• CRAIG NEWMAN TRANSLATIONS INC is a professional language services provider specializing in English and Spanish interpretation and translation. All individuals, companies, and organizations requesting our services understand the following:

• All information provided is collected voluntarily and is used solely for professional purposes.

• All potential clients are provided with consultation (up to one hour) before any work is accepted, but there is a fee of 75.00 USD. to compensate this standalone time.

• After a consultation has been provided, the potential client will be advised if we are able or willing to accept the requested service. This decision will be based on current workload, scheduling, logistics, and acceptance of our offered rate for the service.

• Potential Clients are provided with either 1) A quote or 2) An estimate for the requested service. You are NOT a client until the payment guidelines offered are met, and there is either a standard or electronic signature.

• Estimates- No fixed price is offered for the requested work to be completed, the estimate will start with a base rate and may be higher depending on time, labor, expenses, resources and any other aspects to complete the requests, nor will it be lower  

• Quotes- are a fixed price offered for the requested work to be completed, the quote will be at a base rate and will not increase based on time, labor, expenses, resources and any other aspects to complete the requests, nor will it be lower.

• All work, both estimates and quotes, also cover intellectual property rights, images, likenesses, logos, audio, video media and all other formats used by this company to conduct business.

•  Any unauthorized use of the same is prohibited and subject to legal action. In the same manner we reserve the right to use any portion of the previously mentioned at our discretion.

• * When providing a quote to any potential client of this company we reserve the right to add additional fees or bill separately if additional work is added after the quote is given*

• When working with individuals, organizations, businesses, as clients, if this company has addressed a concern or issue along with supporting documentation, we reserve the right to bill for one-hour additional work if repeated issues continue*

• Prices - The services offered by CRAIG NEWMAN TRANSLATIONS INC. are all-inclusive and offered at the lowest price. Individuals, businesses, and organizations that do not agree to our current rates are under no obligation to use our services. Before hiring this company, we encourage all potential clients to seek assistance from friends, family, clergy, or other language companies.

• Reproductions / copies are 50.00 USD each unauthorized reproduction of work is prohibited.

• We offer contract rates starting at $500.00 for businesses and organizations, this work coves a minimum of one month assistance related to any of the services we offer.

• Invoicing is provided by our financial institution FIRST BANK & TRUST through their partnership with Autobooks.

• Pricing covers time, labor, travel, taxes, and fees. Payment options include Cash, debit / credit card, Apple Pay, 

• Businesses may pay with checks.

• Please know there is a 50.00 USD returned check fee. 

• NO Written work will be returned until payment is completed.

• In-person appointments must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon by this company. 

• A late fee of USD 35.00 will be assessed if the invoice is not paid within five (5) calendar days of the due date.

•  After fifteen (15) calendar days, a mailing will be sent via USPS with an additional hour of work to process this step. 

• In the event of non-payment of the invoice, this company reserves the right to pursue legal action for all applicable amounts by "services provided refusal to pay / breach of contract.” 

• This also includes court costs, and all other applicable fees allowed by the court.

• Any information deemed false, misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate will result in the automatic termination of services provided by CRAIG NEWMAN TRANSLATIONS INC.

• This will not waive any amounts owed. 

• The same applies if any person, company, or organization knowingly uses this company to commit any type of crime. Such action will additionally terminate all future services to the named client.

• Regular hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern Time. 

• Any additional time will be billed at $75.00 USD per hour. 

• Customers understand that this company will be closed due to national holidays. 

• All work is completed within these hours on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• This company only offers the same day service on rare occasions.

•  If we call clients and offer same day service to fill a vacant time slot, we may also provide a discount that single appointment. 

• In the event that time is scheduled, we have made the necessary preparations based on what you the "client or customer have requested to meet, arrive on location, and you fail to appear or pay the provided invoice future services will NOT be provided in the future for "services provided refusal to pay / breach of contract.” and as a company we reserve the right to seek all applicable amounts. 

• This also includes court costs, and all other applicable fees allowed by the court.

• There is a $35.00 cancellation fee for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, unless you have a doctor's note. 

• Inclement weather such as ice, snow, or hazardous storms will not require a late fee.

• CRAIG NEWMAN TRANSLATIONS INC. may provide these terms and conditions and any other form of communication via links, email, USPS, website instructions, or any other means such as WhatsApp. 

• This company also reserves the right to use images and photos of events such as weddings to promote the business.

• Both full invoicing and a contract must be completed, unless approved by this company to render services. This is to ensure proper billing and processing.

• We will NOT return phone calls when there is not a clear concise voicemail provided. 

• Voicemails should contain your complete name, the requested service, a time, date, and location in which the service should be completed, and a phone number in order to return your call.

•  This also applies when communicating through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, standard text messages or email. 

• Please allow up to the next business day for us to reply.

•  When responding to your message we will only make two attempts to reach you using the same methods mentioned above.

• Individuals, businesses and organizations understand that although this company is a professional linguistic service provider, in certain instances you as the client may be asked to sign a waiver from a doctor, or treatment facility related to our services provided to you.

• Waivers may be required because the services we provide are NOT subject matter specific, meaning we assist in medical, legal, educational, and daily activity matters of various types. 

• When considering our offered price rates please know you as the "potential client" may ask friends, family, clergy, or any other service provider before utilizing our services.

• In the unlikely event refunds are issued, clients understand the decision to do so is on a case-by-case basis.

• Online forms created and used by this company is done so using Google Forms.

TERMS CONDITIONS AND PRICING FOR CRAIG'S DROPSHIP CREATIONS  LLC

• CRAIG'S DROPSHIP CREATIONS LLC sells online custom products, builds websites through our collaboration with CRAIG NEWMAN TRANSLATIONS INC. and designs or updates professional logos.

The online store:

• Craig’s Dropship Creations LLC provides pre-made items for sale on our online store through our partnership with Printify.

• Any of the products we sell online are customizable for individuals, businesses, and organizations.

• Each item listed provides customers with our contact information and business office hours.

• Online store orders are processed no later than the next business day.

• Craig’s Dropship Creations LLC prices each of these online items at the lowest rate possible.

• There is no fee for canceled online orders.

• Normally dropship markup standards are 40% we go no higher than 15%. This streamlines purchasing since there is no need for coupons, discounts, and holiday sales. This means all dropship item pricing already includes a 25% discount.

• This discount also helps you offset shipping provided by the Printify Vendors. 

• All items priced include time given to  your custom creation requests.

• Return policies follow the Printify guidelines.

• Products sellable in the EU. 

• Online forms created and used by this company are done so using Google Forms.

Websites / Logos 

• Logos only are 800.00 USD. This price includes time, labor, intellectual property rights, resources, expenses, taxes, as well as payment processing.

• Logos and Website Combos are 1200.00. This price includes time, labor, intellectual property rights, resources, expenses, taxes, as well as payment processing. This price also includes a linked Facebook page, and one month of hosting / monitoring. 

• There are no refunds provided for canceled work requests once that same work has begun.

• Logo Only projects  are completed within 6 business days 

• Logos and Website Combos  are completed within 12 business days

• All work is completed on a first come - first serve basis.
